Welcome to our Practice! We are happy you have selected our office for your care. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care and service. We hope the following information assists you. Practice Hours: Monday thru Friday 830 am to 5 pm. We are closed 1 hour for lunch. Appointments: Dr Hess usually sees patients Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We respect your time and do our best to see our patients as close to their appointment times as possible. On occasion we are even able to see patients ahead of their scheduled appointment time. If we are running behind we will try to keep you informed and we appreciate your understanding. New Patient Appointments: If this is your first visit to our office, please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment as it takes a few minutes to complete paperwork and to register you in our computer. If you will be utilizing insurance, please remember to bring that information with you. Registration: We understand that medical practices require a lot of paperwork. In an effort to make this more convenient for you, we are providing links to our forms so you may print and complete them in the privacy of your own home or office. We have several forms and all must be completed. Thank you for your help and understanding.
